Back Home, All's Well

So, here we are, back home. We still don't really know what happened.

Sam threw up again after she ate last night. So far today, her appetite is low but everything has stayed down. No more seizures.

She's in a great mood and scooting all over the place. Obviously, she did not go to school today. I asked her if that was why she was in a good mood and she looked at me quizzically and said "No." I guess she's too young for that.

Meanwhile, Ally DID go to school today and had a horrible day. I am going to talk to Daddy tonight. 2 weeks in, I think it should be getting easier. I think we may have started her too soon. It's possible she still needs to be home with Mommy (and Nanny, to give credit where it's due).

Lastly, after all the stress of the week, I blew my brain-healthy high protein diet out of the water today and DOVE headfirst into a pan of brownies Jamie made for me. I'd love to blame her, but I was heading into the kitchen to forage for the kids' cookies when I found out she was making them.

Oh well. Tomorrow is another day, right Scarlett?
