I've had a small flurry of text messages about my daughters' new fixation with Yo Gabba Gabba. I will actually confess that we did proactively embrace it - but please permit me to explain! Our first episode included a segment on Bruce, the blue moose (anyone who sees much of Sam will recognize the similarity to her favorite stuffed friend, Bloose, the blue moose). Bruce was near-sighted and there were many things he had trouble with. Then, Bruce ran into (literally) an optometrist and got classes, at which point he became the hero of the schoolyard soccer field.
How could we refuse?
